Park hours on Thursday, November 19

Does anyone know why Disneyland closes at 8pm that night? The rest of the weeknight days that week, it closes at 10pm. There is also a magic hour from 7am-8am. I'm trying to figure out why it closes so early with no luck. Help!

We'll be there that day also and thought it was odd. At least the parade and fireworks will be earlier that day. My guess is there'll be some sort of private party that someone spent a bunch of money on.

We will be there the same day as well. We are planning on using our MM Thursday morning to make the most out of our day.

It is likely a private event or nothing at all. It should be noted that the park does open an hour earlier at 8. On the days prior to the 19th, the park opens at 9.

It's either a typo or a private party, although most private parties lately have been at DCA. Maybe I'm wrong.
