What time do the parks usually close at the end of August?

Park hours are cut back the farther you go into August. But, the crowds are also less, so it's a tradeoff.

If you want to see fireworks at 09:50pm, and want to visit the parks at night, then come any time from July 4th thru the first week of August. If you come late August thru September, crowds are very light in the morning, the place is a ghost town.
