Park hours for 1st week in December

We will be checking in 11/29, checking out 12/10 (I hope!). Are park hours extended at this time of year? We were there last October and all but Epcot seemed to close by 6. I'd really enjoy being able to take an afternoon break and going back for the evening, not feasible when MK closes at 6!

We go the first week of December a lot. Epcot is open until after Illuminations (at 9). Future World closes at 7, with the exception of Test Track. I assume that Mission Space will also stay open later when it arrives.

The shops in World Showcase are not open after Illuminations. I almost missed getting my troll last year.

The other parks do close earlier, but that gives us time to go to DD. MGM closes after Fantasmic - usually at 7 ??

AK closes at 5 and MK has the MVMCP - which runs til 1 (?).

Thank you, LoveMickey! Guess there will be no afternoon breaks for us this trip. We will be going to the MVMCP 12/2, and I beleive it ends at midnight, but perhaps it takes that hour to clear out the park.

Mk is usually 6:00p closing due to MVMCP and then 7:00p other nights.

MGM is 7:00p

AK is 5:00p

Epcot is 7:00p Future World and 9:00p

I too will be going in December (2nd week). Off the topic, but related....What about all the parades & firework shows? Are they all still on, or are they usually cut back with the hours? I understand that in MK, the parade & fireworks will probably only occur once on Saturday nights. What about Illuminations or Fantasmic? What should we expect?

Illuminations is every night at EPCOT and so is Fantasmic at MGM.

I remember MK begin open late on Saturday with Spectro Magic.

When I was there in 12/01, Fantasmic was only 3 or 4 nights of the week. This may have changed, but I do remember having to plan evening activities around the Fantasmic schedule.
