Hi, All,
I just took a look at park hours for our trip December 15-18. We are planning two full days in the parks, the 16th and 17th, and a half day on the 18th before our flight. We arrive late afternoon on the 15th, and are staying at RPR, right now in a Club level room.
Here are the hours:
IOA - 9:00 - 8:00 each day
US - Monday 9:00 - 8:30
Tuesday - Thursday - 8:00 - 6:00
So my question is, why is US closing so early Tuesday to Thursday? And I realize this is not confirmed, but if they only have EE at US, does that mean it will open at 7 those mornings for EE guests?
I booked Club mostly for the complimentary breakfast (although we will also enjoy the bottled water and probably a few drinks and snacks at other times), but my understanding is that they don't serve breakfast in the Club lounge until 7:00. So if we want to be there for EE, we would miss breakfast. If that is the case, I will probably switch to a regular room.
It also seems that with the policy of only opening US for EE, with just Gringotts and DM open, the lines have actually been longest during that hour. Since we are going a full week before the Christmas crowds should arrive, do you think this will still be the case? So EE is not as big a benefit as it could be?
I'd appreciate any insights. We are excited for the trip!
