Park Hours and ADR's

Forgive me if this is discussed elsewhere. I couldn't not find any previous threads. This is my family's first time to partake in the Disney dining plan. We are several weeks out from our 180 day mark and Disney has not released the park hour and event dates. How do you anticipate what days you might try to make your ADR's without having those hours nailed down? We'd like to avoid parks with EMH if possible during the day, but also take into consideration the evening shows at the parks.

Disney is no longer interested in helping guests in this regard.

You can try to look at last year's info, but it will not be a reliable source as things
have been very changeable over the past couple of years.

Make multiple ADR's and cancel extras as Disney firms up hours (I usually cancel after my FP reservations are made). You won't be able to make overlapping ADRs within an MDE account - they'll need to be over an hour apart.

Does the amount of reservations you make not have to match the number available within your dining plan? Forgive my ignorance. Like I said, we haven't done this before.
