Park Hours & 14 ADRs Questions....

I'm planning a trip from May 29 - June 12. Since the ADRs are going back to 180 days in October, are park hours going to be announced 180 days in advance also?? From what I've figured out, I have to make my ADRs on Nov. 30, will I have park hours and EMH days by then???
ALSO, since I'm planning a two-week vacation, I know I can book the first 10 days of ADRs at 180 days out, but what about the last four, do I do one each day after the 180 mark???? Anyone ever done this??
