For those of you who park hop are there buses that go from one park to another or do you have to take your resort bus back and then get on another bus to the other park. TIA

You can go from any park to any other park. The only time you'll have to go to a resort first is if you wanted to visit a particular resort or go to DTD

Getting from Park to Park is pretty easy with Disney transportation. Magic Kingdom and Epcot are connected by monorail; There are busses and boats between Epcot and Studios; Animal Kingdom has busses to Epcot, Studios and the TTC (which is the monorail/boat stop to Magic Kingdom).

I think there are busses from the major parks to the water parks as well. No need to go back to your resort.

Every park has a bus station right outside its gates. From that station, they have buses that run to each park, waterpark and resort. Once you leave your resort in the morning, you don't have to return until you are ready. Also, the monorail line connects Epcot, Magic Kingdom and a couple of the nearby resorts. This is a fun alternative to the buses.

We rent a car and think that it makes it much easier to get around. Especially if we have ADRs in another park I like the peace of mind to know I will get there when I want to, instead of having to wait for a bus.

Our personal preference.

Most days we visit one park in the AM and then go back to our resort for a swim and some rest and then we usually head back to a different park at suppertime till closing. Sometimes we just go from one short visit at a park and then hop on the monorail or the bus and head off to a different park . You can "hop" anyway you'd like and as often as you'd like!!! Have fun :thumbsup2

We enjoy the transportation. I like parking our car and not getting in it till it is time to go home. Although sometimes we do make trips to Walmart. The monarail from the Mk goes to the transportaion center then from there you go to Epcot. Ask to ride up front on the way to Epcot only 4 people allowed if someone has already ask we wait for next monarail it is such a great view. If you got time it is nice to take a bus from any park to WL resort and then there boat to the MK.:thumbsup2

There's buses, boats, monorails to go from anywhere everywhere!!!!

Busses to/from MK actually are located at the TTC or you can walk over to the Contemporary to get a bus to another park.
