Park Hopping via WDW transportation

Ok so I have been to WDW numerous times and I know about the different transportation options....but I have never really park hopped much before and if I have I know I wasn't being very smart about it!! So I was wondering if there is already a site, or thread, or if someone can help me park hop all over WDW

We are staying at POP! if that helps and I am trying to pretty much find the best route/mode of WDW transport possible for hopping from park to park, etc.

Park hopping is very easy....much more so than most resort hopping.

Direct buses between:
DHS and DAK
Epcot and DAK
front of Epcot and DHS

There is a boat that runs from outside the International Gateway at Epcot and DHS. It stops at the BW, Y&BC and S/D en route. You can also walk.

For the MK, the TTC acts as a transfer spot for the other parks. To/from Epcot transfer to the Epcot monorail. There are buses to DAK and DHS at the TTC.

Try this transport map and see if that will help. Simply scan across the top of the page to the park (Page 1) or on page 2 the resort you are at. Then scan down until you see your destinations. The corresponding box will have the apropriate transportation mode in the box.
