Park Hopping the next 2 weeks?

Just wondering can you move from park to park on 12/18 - 12/24? How about Christmas week? With the large crowds do they close the parks for entry at later times in the day/night to limit number of allowed into a specific park?

During Christmas week it is not unusual for the MK to close at least once or twice a day. The other parks might also close to guests because of being full.

The parks close when they're full, and that can happen at any time. At MK it normally happens in the morning, with the park beginning to clear out after the parade. At Epcot or the Studios, its more likely to happen later in the day. During the week between Christmas and New Year's, it's likely that if you "hop" out of one place, you won't be able to "hop" back in!

Sorry if I'm hijacking this thread but I have never been this late in Dec. and have the opportunity to spend Thurs. at WDW. My main focus is Christmas-related things, with a few rides in between, hitting at least 3 parks. I'm just worried where it's the day before Christmas eve that it'll be so crowded that they'll close a park. MK is not critical, but might try to catch Wishes @ 11pm if I can handle it.

So what do you Christmas experts think?

I've never toured during the Christmas holiday, so I'll just bump this back to page one for you in hopes that some of our veterans can offer advice.

We go every Christmas and New Years. It's best to get in the park early. If you want to go to the MK, go to it first. The other parks are not likely to close, although their parking lots might.

Also, given the temperature forcast for the next week {{brrrr}} many people may do more things inside their resorts.
