Park Hopping Fastpass+ Question

Hi everyone! I know that you can't book your three fastpasses for different attractions in different parks. You have to use the three you pre-book in the same park. I'm just wondering, if I use all three of my fastpasses in one park, can I book a fastpass in another park before I actually get to that park? Any help would be appreciated.
