Park Hopper ??

Is there a 3 day Park Hopper? My inlaws are meeting us at WDW for 3 days in Oct (We will be there longer.) Any suggestions? If they bought 4 day PHs, can someone else use their 4th day? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I can't find anything less than a 4-day hopper mentioned in any of my favorite sites or literature.

The extra days on your in-laws' hoppers can be used anytime since unused days never expire.

As to whether anyone ELSE can use those days: The Disney answer would be no (passes are not "transferable"). That being said, since they don't put the original user's name on the hopper anymore, I don't know how anyone would stop you.

I believe you can still purchase them via Alamo Rent-A-Car. They started to offer them after they became the "official" rental car company of WDW. I don't think you are required to rent a car from them in order to purchase the passes. Go the the Alamo web site and click on the "Hot Deals" tab. There you'll see a link for Disney tickets that'll give you an 800 number to call.

I just called the number listed on the Alamo site (800-560-2397).

There is a 3 day park hopper plus (1 plus feature) for $169.35 for ages 10 and up, and 135.27 for ages 3-9.

You have to purchase these in advance. If you purchase 14 days or more prior to your arrival date then they will mail them to you. Less than fourteen days and you will have to pick them up at a theme park.

We ordered the passes from the Alamo number, actually a Disney office, but we had a terrible time picking them up from Will Call. I would highly recommend ordering over 3 weeks in advance, as it takes 14 business days.

We just ordered these for my parents, they are joining us for part of our next trip, they were here within a week.

Great price!!! Saved them $50 a piece as they are only going to be down for the 3 days.

Thanks for the info! This is something I was wondering about as well, since we just needed a few days to supplement our remaining hopper passes.

Thanks for the info. My inlaws won't use the plus on the 3 day ph plus. We were thinking of getting them 4 day phs and using their extra day ourselves. For those with 2 or 3 day stays, if you know you are not going to park hop, you can buy single day passes and before you leave the park that day, buy 1 or 2 extra days for $5 off each additional day. The 2nd day pass expires within 4 days and the 3rd day expires within 6 days, I think. We want my inlaws to have the option to park hop with us. Can't wait until October!!
