Park Hopper/water park question

I have park hopper tickets that have 4 water parks and more on it, and I am wondering if the "hopper" part on it lets me go to both Blizzard beach and Typhoon lagoon in the same day with out using 2 of the plus?
I was thinking of going to Disney Quest as well thinking maybe perhaps one water park and then DQ?

Sorry, but each water park will cost you one Plus...... and DQ would be another.
