Hi all

I ran a search and looked a few pages in, but didn't find quite what I was looking for. We're headed back to Disney in October and will likely upgrade to AP with MaxPass. Since this trip does not involve any block out days, I think it might be best to upgrade on day 1. I purchased 5 day hoppers through LMT. Here are my questions:

1 Once I upgrade does my Magic Morning go away? We likely wouldn't use it until our 3rd day.
2. Is there a way to upgrade online or just need to go to ticket booths?

Thanks everyone!

1. Yes, your Magic Morning will go away once you upgrade so you'll have to evaluate the benefits of discounts etc from day one vs. MM. That said, I have seen one mention on here of someone getting some kind single use MM pass to address this situation, but I don't know if that is a common thing.
2. No way to upgrade online. You have to go to the ticket booths.

Yes, you will use your Magic Morning :( If you are staying at a Disney Hotel you still get Early Entry. I would definitely ask at the ticket booth if there is anything they can do about the Magic Morning. I mean, they can do something if you upgrade on a blackout date, so they might be able to do something about Magic Morning, right? Hopefully

You have to upgrade at the ticket booths. I thought it was because they need to take your picture, but they give you your pass and you take your picture when you enter the gate. So maybe it is just so they can see you in person before you upgrade.

HTH,
