Park Hopper Strategy on Marathon Day - Jan.12

Group of 4 with 1 day Park Hopper tickets starting with EE at MK. LLMP purchased with return times of (9:00am- Buzz, 10:00am-HM,11:00am-Tiana's. Here is the basic plan:

1. Attempt to get a BG for Guardians at 7:00am to be used sometime later in the day.
2. Arrive at MK around 8:00am for 8:30am EE. Travel will not be an issue as we are staying at Poly.
3. Either line up for Tron immediately or, if crowds look light due to marathon traffic, do SDMT and then lineup for Tron.
4. Tap in to Buzz LL immediately following Tron.
5. Book next LL at either Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom.

So here are the two main things I'm looking for opinions on :

1. For those who have been to MK in the early morning on Marathon day. How light were the crowds and around what time did crowds start to normalize?
2. Thoughts on whether we should hop to HS or AK following Tiana's at 11:00am. We have been to WDW before and our main ride goals will hopefully be achieved with Tron, Tiana's and a Guardian's BG, so I'm treating everything else as a bonus. I'm mostly interested in avoiding any leftover marathon traffic so I'm assuming AK might be the best option for the 2nd park as the Marathon goes through there earlier?
