Park hopper question

Without the park hopper can i go back and forth between my resort and the same park through out the day??

Yes, you can go in and out of the same park all day, you just can't go to a different park on the same day.

You also have unlimited access to dowtown disney and can also go to a water park and then one of the regular parks without a hopper
