Park hopper plus question

We are planning a two week stay next year with a week on property and a week off of property. If we purchase a park hopper plus tickets for 4 days are able to go back the next week and use 4 days worth of water park passes at B.B and T.L?

All ticket entitlements generally are good for 14 days after first use, so yes. Note that water park entitlements are “per entry” and not “per day”.

Tickets expire 14 days after first use so as long as you use all entitlements by that time then you're good.
Onsite/offsite has nothing to do with tickets.
