Park Hopper Plus Option?

What exactly is the park hopper plus option? I know it provides admission into PI, DQ, BB, or TL, but is it only one of those per ticket, or what? I can't find an actual explanation anywhere. Thanks!

Ok, I feel really stupid, but...if I purchase a 7 day, that means I can use the extra feature 6 times? For example, on the day I arrive say I want to go to Disney Quest, and then to Pleasure Island (that's 2) and then the following day I want to go to Typhoon Lagoon (3) and then that night to Pleasure Island again (4) and so on?

Yes, that's right. You have 6 pluses in the 7 days. You can use them over the 7 days or you can use 2 or 3 one day and 2 or 3 another day.

You can visit the same minor park more than once if you wish using the plus options (water park fun & more).

If you use the plus options on separate days you could get up to 13 days of Disney fun out of a 7 day pass (with 6 plus options).

If you use plus options on the same day as each other or on the same day as one theme park visit you don't need hopping.
