Park Hopper - Epcot to HS or Boardwalk Question after Epcot closes

We will be visiting in November when MK has short hours due to the MVMCP so we upgraded to Park Hopper Tickets to take advantage of some of the other parks open after 7. I've never had park hopper tickets and am not sure how it all works.

For example: Say we drive to TTC and go to MK from 9am - 7pm; then we take the monorail to Epcot until it closes at 9pm. Is it possible to head out to the boardwalk or HS (if they have Magic Hours until 11pm) after Epcot closes to go eat dinner or visit HS or would we not be able to do that because Epcot is now closed and there is no way back to the monorail and subsequently our car at the TTC?

1. Yes.
2. Doesn't matter at all.
3. You will be able to get on a bus to the MK gates from any of the Epcot area resorts (Boardwalk, Swan, Dolphin, Yacht Club or Beach Club) until after midnight.
Then, monorail or ferry boat to TTC and your car.

And, the above is the best way to accomplish the particular chain of events as you described.
If you were to drive from MK (TTC) to park at Epcot, you'd have much more trouble getting back to your car at the Epcot lot if you waited to do so until, say, 10:30PM.
