Park Hopper/Annual Pass Question

I have a day left on a park hopper ticket from 2003. Can I trade this in on an annual pass? If so, how much $ will they apply to a pass?

According to the latest information I have been told you can't do that any more.

Effective January 2006, pre-2005 passes may not be traded up although of course they may still be used as-is.

Incidently Magic Your Way (post-2004) passes used more than 14 days ago, if traded up towards an annual pass, have a severely short rated value.
