Park Day question

Having trouble trying to figure out park days. DH wants to do MK first day so that would be a christmas party day, on a sunday, and the first sunday of December (possible parade filming) or Friday which is a party day with morning EMH. Originally I was thinking friday at MK would be insane but we would take advantage of EMH and since it's a party night might be lower crowds. We don't have a park hopper and I can change plans but I'm trying to schedule ADR. Another problem is we want to do either Fantasmic or SW fireworks and HS has EMH at night so there may be a later show.
