Park cost for Ear Hats?

How much are the ear hats at MK? Is it cheaper to buy them online at the Disney store for $11.95 plus the $4.95 personalization fee?

I saw ears for $11.95 during my last two trips. That seemed to be the starting price and they went up to maybe $18.95. Not sure about the personalization fee. (My two kids got the ears with their first haircuts, and older DD got a different style hat.)

I would wait and buy them there because there were many different styles to choose from.
