Hello,
We'll be down there the end of the week. What is the projected park attendance? We're usually down there in the fall when there is No One Around!
Anyone?
Thanks :)

We are on our way down on Saturday 23rd. We have heard that the crowds are higher than usual for this time of year. We are keeping in mind these things... Flower and Garden show going on , Spring break for some schools and All the bands that are there performing. BUT
We will be getting up early and hitting the parks when they first open and only staying until early afternoon so we are hoping for an easyISH week if possible. :)
With a good touring plan you will be just fine!!!

We were there yesterday, and the parks were PACKED. People, people everywhere. We popped into MK briefly, and there were lines all over the place---we stayed long enough to go on Small World (youngest child's request), said forget it for everything else, and went to Epcot. Again, tons of people---Test Track was still at a 50 min wait at 8:30pm!

Our only real reason for going was for the AP preview of Soarin' (bummer for us---after waiting in line for 40 min, something happened to the projecter or something right before the end of the ride, and that was that. No end of the ride for us! DH & I were ok with it since we saw it the previous weekend for the CM previews, but my kids were very disappointed). I'm not too great with heights anyway, but there was something really terrifiying about being that high up in the ride & then being thrown into total pitch-black darkness. :rotfl:

It's moderate to slightly above normal right now from what I gather. I've been reading recent trip reports, and checking out this website which was updated recently. http://www.touringplans.com/BestDays.htm

What a great site brendrek. That site answers about every question I could think of.

Been going once a year (for the past 3 years) to the Disney parks but never planned anything....but this year I am. We are going to be in Orlando from April 30 to May 7.

According to that table it seems like Sunday (May 1) is a good day to visit AK and Monday/Tuesday looks good for MK. We have reservations for Discovery Cove on Thursday so we'll use our Free Sea World tickets on Tues or Wed.

Less than 2 weeks!!! :bounce:
