Park AM EE - do they start to clear out in the afternoon ?

Let's say it is a Thursday in June and MK has early Early Entry - 8 AM.
Does MK start to clear out in the afternoon ?
MK would have been open till mid-night the evening before (Wednesday night).

We have a late Chef Mickeys (8:50 PM) Wednseday night - I am afraid we will not get up for the EE 8 AM opeing of MK on Thursday.
So if we go to MK a bit later - will we be stuck with the crowds ?

In general, if you enter MK (or any park) about 2-3 hours after it opens (or even in the mid-afternoon) you'll be in the midst of the heavier crowds of the day.

ALWAYS better to go in as early as possible (EMH or regular) for the BEST chance of getting the most done with the least crowd.

We ALWAYS go to the morning EMH. It doesn't start to get really crowded until 11:00 so that is 3 hours of blissful riding time. We knock off the most popular attractions first and grab fast passes for repeat rides on those again later. By the time the crowd hits, we are going on the less popular attractions. Around 1:00 we head back to the hotel for a break/nap/swim and in the evening go to a different park. This has always worked great for us!

When you go, the only time the Magic Kingdom will "clear out" is at closing time. Summer is always crowded.

This is just my HO. MK is always the most crowded park, so on EE days, from our expierience, it gets even more crowded. And it usually stays that way for the majority of the day.

In general the EE park just continues to get more crowded as the day goes on. It does not "clear out". The later you go the more crowded it will be.

Just remember that there are still a lot of people who do not park-hop, so if they go in for EE in the morning, they will remain in that park all day. EE parks are usually going to be the busiest parks on any given day. If you are not going to get there for EE you might want to consider spending that day in a different park.
