I am in Orlando without my magic band, is my AP card and DVC ID good enough for park admissions? TIA

(I'm not sure if the AP card, itself, works the same as an AP "ticket.")
You might need to stop by any ticket booth or Guest Relations and get an RFID ticket.
It's free.

What is RFID ticket?

What is RFID ticket?

It's a regular WDW Magic Your Way (or AP) entry ticket.
They have built-in RFID technology (which is how the Mickey-head touch-point readers work.)

Your "AP card" may or may not work for this, as-is.

I agree with everyone, go to GS they’ll help you. I literally had a nightmare before my last trip that we forgot our MBs, lol.

It "should work". for some people, when I work the AP entrance touch-point, this is all they use and they work fine. In either event, just go to the touch-point and if for some reason it doesn't, the Guest Relations CM (known as GR@PE - Guest Relation at Park Entry) just beyond the touch-point can scan the card and issue a park ticket.

So, I was at Disney in January and walk right out the resort door without a magic band.

I went to GS to find out if there was anything that they could do for me. She told me that as long as I had my yellow card (with the big Mickey head on the front), I could use it as my ticket and for fast passes. That big Mickey head is what you tap.

Why would you need your DVC ID? That has nothing to do with park admission. If your AP card is just the shopping card (not a valid park RFID ticket) all you have to do is show a driver's license (or other valid state/federal ID) and they will issue you a new AP ticket.

You’ll See your yellow card listed in your MDX along with all of your bands. It’s got the chip in it.

My husband accidentally wore one of my bands one day and had to use his card to get in the park.
