Variety reports on the opening of Treasure Planet in Paris:

"Treasure Planet" set sail impressively in Paris last weekend...Platformed at the Grand Rex theater in Paris ahead of its Nov. 27 nationwide rollout, "Treasure Planet" unearthed $280,000 in five days, comparable to Disney toons "Aladdin," "Dinosaur" and "Mulan," which took that route.

I don't know whether to hope this bodes well for the film or not, especially with the "Dinosaur" comparison (which I didn't like at all).
