Hi guys n gals, i know there have been loads of threads about this topic and believe me i have searched through a lot of them. But theres a few questions that i cant seem to find the answers for.

I think i understand the journey by RER from disneyland on line A, but can anyone advise me on where the train stops in Paris? Is there a choice of stations to stop at? I want to get as near to the Eiffel Tower as possible you see, and then hopefully walk from there to the pont neuf for the river cruise i have booked. Is this within walking distance?

The RER stops at a few stations in central Paris
Nation, Gare de Lyon, Chatelet des Halles, Auber, Charles de Gualle Etoile and Defense in that order.

The best way to get to the Eiffel Tower is to get off at Charles de Gualle Etoile and change onto metro line 6 and go 3 stops to Trocadero. You can then walk from here to the Tower down past the fountains and across the river. The best views of the Tower can be seen from Trocadero.
If you get a mobilis ticket you will get unlimited access to the metro as well as your return journey to and from DLP
