Paris ADA hotel room for 3 adults?

Does anyone know of a higher-end hotel in Paris (not by the parks, but more central to the regular Paris tourist sites), that sleeps three adults and has an accessible shower or tub? I am having the hardest time finding a room that fits that criteria. I can break us up into two rooms if needed, but it's less than ideal. If they were connected, that would be fine too, but that seems a little too complicated to book online.

Try looking for “family-style rooms”- you’ll get more American standard hotel spaces- two double beds as opposed to one, for instance.
