Parents 40th Anniv...where to send them on vacation?

Ok, I need some suggestions...Next year will be my parents 40th wedding anniversary, and we want to send them on a mini-vacation. We're thinking of just something for a long weekend, and want to not spend too much (just us paying, as I'm and only child). AND we want to send them somewhere they wouldn't normally go on their own. They like gambling, so Vegas is an easy one, but they've been there many many times. My mom likes NYC, but again, been there. Not much for skiing, and no Disney (thatll be for their 50th, we can all go). They do enjoy hot tubs, pools, swimming/laying out in general. Any suggestions?

What about somewhere like Foxwoods or some other non-Vegas casino resort (like in Niagara Falls)?
