Can someone explain how this works exactly? If my daughter is not big enough to ride but my son is, then do I ride first with my son and then my husband can ride with him again or by himself?

I am trying to figure out if it gives us both a chance to ride the ride. Does every ride with a height requirement do this? I would think that it would hold up the line for other riders.

I am so confused!

It's easy and doesn't hold up the lines at all.

You all queue together but when you get to the front just tell the CM that you're gonna do a child swap. One parent and youngster will be shown to a waiting area- usually at the side or exit to the ride - while the others ride. At the end the riding parent tells the CM they're child swapping and the other parent then gets to ride with the child.

So would my son get to ride twice or just once with one of us and the other would ride alone? Swapping out my daughter of course.

Yes, your son would stay on the ride and you would then ride with him.

This also works if the younger member is old enough to stay with the non-rider. So say if your son didn't want to ride again, it's perfectly ok for both adults to ride together.
