I assume can use parent swap on avatar FOP? My youngest is 41 inches and we leave in 28 days. Thanks

If a child is under the required height, Disney offers Rider Swap.

We know nothing to the contrary specifically regarding FoP.

(Other than it is overwhelmingly busy at the present time.)
