Parent gifts

What are some things you have done or got for your parents. I am trying to think of something very personal or special only disney could offer. Maybe a wishes cruise or something like that?? what do you think, how much does that cost??

My DF and I are doing parent photo albums...The albums are the renaissance leather bound type and should be really pretty!

I think a wishes cruise sounds great though!! If they like that sort of thing, then you have a perfect idea!!

For my parents I am getting tickets for the Magic Kingdom tour that goes underground Disney. My dad said that would be one thing to do before he dies, and they would never spend that kind of money. My fiance's parents, we're getting them tickets possibly to Circue Solie (I know I spelled it wrong, oh well). If not, Im not sure yet, maybe theme park tickets.

I got my dad and stepmother a round of golf. I think it fits them both perfectly as they are retired and golf all of the time. As for the FIL I am letting my fiance handle that one!

My parents get really mad when we spend a lot of money on them, so we went pretty simple. We got each of our mothers an engraved photo album from Things Remembered that they could use as their 'brag' book after the wedding. For my dad, I got him a frame and put a picture of me and him in it from when I was a baby, and then added a photo of us from the wedding.

Our whole family is going to Disneyland after the wedding so I got my parents, and DF's parents each a brick with their names and wedding date. I also got me and my DF one with our new last name and our wedding date and all 3 bricks are going to be grouped together.

Now I am just hoping that the bricks are installed by the time we get there.

I also got a replica of each brick to give the parents before we go on the trip.

we got our parents parent wedding albums afterwards, we also got them framed family crests, personalized hankies & a small gift each at the rehearsal dinner.
