Parc Corniche Anyone?

Has anyone ever stayed at the Parc Corniche? I've already booked another off site suite for my family of 5 for this summer (July), but found a pretty good deal at the Parc Corniche through DW's work. (enough savings that it might be worth a switch).
Any good or bad experiences here? Not concerned with shuttles, we're renting a car. I am concerned with commute times, though, we love to be at the gates for opening - and we also plan to hit Universal for a couple of days as well.
Cleanliness? Pool? The rooms sound pretty good sized, and the full refrigerator/kitchen is appealing.
Any info would be helpful!

stayed a few years ago for 14 nights would go back anytime, at bottom end of int drive, good location for everything without the hassle of int drive. backs onto sea world to left, turn right takes u to prem outlets.

accommodation was good, dated very... clean and comfortable has all the basics, alot of americans would use would be at the cheaper end of the market but this does not take away anything, staff were friendly and helpfull. like i say would use again... location, location, location. enjoy ur holiday we had a ball.... the campbell family

10-15 mins, on i4 just follow signs, quicker throw lake beuno vista/ downtown but i4 till u get ur bearings.

i4 turn left out of parc, left at traffic lights, go past sea world go straight on take i4 west from what i can remember... hope this helps
