Parasailing?

There's a scene in the vacation planning kit CD where a guy is shown parasailing. My sister has been talking nonstop about doing it during our vacation. But we're staying at a value resort.

Is there a way for her to do it? How? How much does it cost? Is it safe? She can't even swim.

Any information would be greatly appreciated

Even though you are staying at a value you can indeed still parasail....I don't think swimming would be neccesary as you take off and land out of the boat....all the info you need can be found here...http://www.wdwinfo.com/recreation/parasail.htm
