Parasailing at CC

What is the criteria for the parasailing excursion to get cancelled at CC? Obviously winds I would assume. Anyone know the frequency of it getting cancelled? Full refund?

Ours was cancelled last Feb. due to high winds. In that case, they don't charge your account.

Ours was cancelled Christmas day due to winds. The amount was refunded to our account.

It's usually due to high winds - the boats have to be able to stay in place and/or manoeuver and they can't do that when the wind is so high that the water becomes choppy. We've had 3 out of 4 cancelled due to high winds. Which is a shame because I loved the one we were able to do.
