I just realized how paranoid I actually am.
I was walking to my room and my parents are asleep my siblings aren't home and I turn off the hallway light and I run to my room. I had a feeling that someone was watching me and I didn't breathe till I got to my room. But I mean I always have these feelings. Like someones watching through a window, someones out side. I always lock all the doors and windows in my house when I'm alone or going to bed. I know this sounds a little crazy but..I don't...I don't know.

Is anyone besides me really paranoid? So I don't sound like I'm completly crazy...lol.

Your not paranoid!! I get that feeling allllll the time when all the lights are off and nobody's around. I believe it is your spirit guide watching over you, or a relative that has past away.

Everytime I'm home alone and I have to shut all the lights off I shut the stairs light off, run up my stairs, then the hallways lights and run into my room and shut the door. So yeah, a little paranoid

I am the same way. If I'm up at night alone, and I hear the slightest noise, I become real still and stop breathing. It's weird, I just always thinks somebody is out there to get me.

That's why I never like to be in my downstairs family room once the sun goes down. That's why I always make sure the shower curtain is closed, the toilet seat is down, and my bathroom door is locked before I go to sleep.

I make sure pretty much every singe light in the house is on before I go to bed. Except my bedroom light and my parents room light. Sometimes I just get this feeling that someone is right. there. behind me. And I run like hell to my room.

One time I fell down the stairs because I was running from my invisible stalker.

Ahh! I hate that feeling, when my whole family is sleeping and I have to go upstairs to my room, all the lights are off, so I like run as fast as I can to my room.

Me too. Its so weird, I'm just really scared people can read my thoughts. I am also very paranoid though. If I am in the bathroom I always check behind the shower cutain and in the closet. Before I go to bed I check behind my bed, under it, and in my closet.

I used to think people could read my mind. I would never think of anything besides stupid stuff like "oooh the flowers are pretty" lol

I used to be paraniod about my flats matching my headband and tanktop. That was my rule.

I've dropped that since homeschool, YOU GOTSTA MIX IT UP A LITTLE.

Rules in my house: Last one to go to bed turns off the pc and the lights.
I get scared.

I get scared sometimes but not alot. I always have to have at least one light on before I go to bed though. And I fall asleep with the TV on.

I get paranoid when i sleep with my bedroom window open. I have a large tree just to the left of my window..
I hate when i am the last one upstairs at night, and its dark.. I have to run up the stairs quick.

Yeah I feel like that all the time like someone is watching you from outside your window somehow...it kind of scares me

I can get pretty paranoid.
I've walked around my entire house with a baseball bat (more than once) because I thought there was a murderer/burglar. (Athough this is usually after 3-4 diet cokes and at around 1 in the morning.)
