The deal at paramountinternationaltravel.com looks like this --

7 day PHP - $300 Adult - tax included $15 shipping per order INCLUDING character breakfast.

Has anyone actually ordered this in the United States, had the tickets delivered, and USED them already??

I am really trying to get reassurance that this is a "real deal", and that the tickets really do work.

As I understand it, this was a deal marketed to UK travelers, but is now allowed to be sold to USA customers.

Please post if you have purchased and used these tickets.

Thank you.

We bought the 10 day world pass from Pauramount Travel a few months and ago. We used them in Jan w/o any problems. PT was prompt and professional. I will definatly use them again. Hope this helps!

We just bought the 6 and 7 day hoppers from them with the character breakfast. They look just like my 5 day hoppers from CAA. Great service form Rosa, had my tickets delivered to Canada in 2 days.

Bought two 7 Day PHP and one 5 Day PHP from Paramount last year. At the time I purchased, the character breakfast was not part of the deal. Tickets looked exactly like other PHP tickets that I have purchased in the past directly from Disney. Tickets were used without any problems during August 2002 and then again in December 2002. Still have a few plus options left for our next trip. IMHO, this is a legitimate ticket broker and I personally plan to use them again for future trips.

I am still looking for tickets for our May trip. Do you know if the 5 day plus includes the breakfast?

Thank you for any help,

Melissa

We ordered the 6day PHP tickets from Rosa at ParamountInt last Weds. They included vouchers for a character breakfast and cost $275A/$223C. There was a $15 charge for shipping. The tickets and vouchers arrived to us via UPS on Friday. The breakfast vouchers expire May 31, 2004.

Even though we have not used the tickets yet (They are for our trip at the end of Sept.), I have read several posts on these boards of folks who have used them and had no problems. I wanted to post here since our experience with ParamountInt so far has been reall great. Rosa very nicely answered all my many questions both on the phone and via email. The tickets and vouchers arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Also, they had made a photocopy of each ticket and voucher and included the copies in our pack. I thought this was very nice and saved me from having to make backup copies myself. Also, the price, even with the $15 shipping, was about $11 dollars less than I was going to pay at ticketmania for 2 adult and 1 child tickets. Of course, the character breakfast voucher, which includes tax and tip, is a wonderful bonus.

The tickets have a character on the front and say "100 Years of Magic". I got a scare when reading the fine print on the tickets. It says they are not good at any park commencing operations after May 1, 1998. I was a little afraid that we might not be able to use them for Animal Kingdom, but then I found out that AK opened in April of 1998 so all is well.

BTW, the breakfast vouchers are good at the following restaurants listed on the back of the vouchers (and subject to change):

World Premiere Food Court
Intermission Food Court
End Zone Food Court

Boma
Mara

Cape May Cafe

Spoodles

Old Port Royale

Concourse Steak House
Chef Mickey's

Trail's End Buffeteria

1900 Park Fare
Gasparilla Grill
Grand Floridian Cafe

Olivia's

Captain Cook's Snack Co.
'Ohana
Kona Cafe

Boatwright's Dining Hall
Riverside Mill

Roaring Forks
Whispering Canyon

Yachtsman Steakhouse

ABC Commissary
Hollywood & Vine

Pizzafari
Restaurantosaurus
Tusker House

Hope this helps!

Lou'sMommy,
Thanks for the informative post! We too are interested in purchasing tickets from Paramount International, and so far, I have only heard good things about them.

Their prices appear to be the best around, especially for the 6 or 7 day PH. With a $15 shipping fee, it really is more cost effective to buy more than one ticket to make the shipping fee worthwhile. Having a breakfast voucher worth more than $20 in some cases (for character buffets), even adds more to the deal!:):):)

Just to add to the positive comments - we used our Paramount 7 day PHP and breakfast vouchers over the last two weeks. No problems whatsoever. Will definitely use Paramount again in future.

We purchased the 7-day PHP passes in January and used them on our trip in February with no problems at all!

Service was quick and friendly - Even with the $15.00 shipping fee, the price was really the best around especially when you consider the value of the breakfast.

We will definitely use them again. :)

Where is the information on their website about the meal voucher? I found the ticket info but it didn't say anything about a meal voucher there. Just curious how you manage to get that when you order the tickets and what exactly the value of it is.

Thanks,
Carol

As far as I could tell, it wasn't on the website. I called and spoke with Rosa and found out they sold 6 PHP's (also not listed on the site) and you receive a breakfast voucher for each ticket purchased. I orderd 1 Adult and 1 Child 6 PHP, and we each got a breakfast voucher with 5/2004 expiration date. I chose Paramount after doing extensive ticket price research. They were the best for the ticket that I needed. And they were very nice to deal with.

I just ordered our 7 day PHP from Rosa on Friday. She was so nice and I can't wait to receive the tickets.

I ordered them by phone with her and asked if they still offered the B'fast vouchers since I didn't see them listed on the site. She said that "yes, each ticket came with a voucher" and "they are good thru May 2004".

The ticket prices are excellent and the b'fast vouchers add to the savings. We're using it at Breakfastosaurus in AK which saves us $17 per adult and $9 per kid ($77 total). There may be better savings at some of the other b'fast places that they list but we all really want to try the AK one.

:)

Thank you everyone for your help. I also had only read positive things about Paramount on the boards, but after I posted my original post (before I read all of your responses) I had to go further and check for myself.

I actually did find someone at Disney (not sure which department, believe it was International Travel Sales or something similar) who told me that yes, they do sell tickets to Paramount.

After hearing all of your wonderful experiences with Paramount and after getting an "ok" of sorts from Disney, I placed my order today with Rosa of Paramount (who by the way, is a very sweet, pleasant, professional individual). I ordered the 7 day PHP which does come with the Character Breakfast. - (I called my order in and asked for the Breakfast, don't know if it comes with if you order on line). I think this should settle any uneasyness I had about purchasing tickets from a Non-Disney broker. Thank you all again.

P.S. Just wanted to add that I think you guys are all so wonderful for responding, and also that we are all so lucky to have each other to learn from on these boards.:teeth:

I was also a little concerned about using Paramount when I read on mousesavers.com that they are not registered with the Better Business Bureau in Florida and that the BBB had attempted contact with them twice and received no reply.

But the prices seemed so good that I wanted to investigate further. So I contacted the bureau that licenses "sellers of travel" in the State of Florida. Paramount is licensed and has no complaints on file.

After that and the previous post about a call to Disney, I think I will be using them for our upcoming trip also.

Thanks
Julia

Thumbs up to paramount!!! Service was great both online and off. Only thing I have a problem with is ROSA!!! That poor woman does she EVER get a day off????? I have yet to hear of someone who has spoken to anyone but her!!!! Oh and to those of you that are going after May, make sure you mention that to Rosa because she will send you new meal vouchers with the new expiration date on them! You can always ask about special promos too such as 10 day worlds, 3,4, and 5 day passes and such.
Good Luck!!

Thank you for starting this thread junglejane. We are really interested in buying the 10 day World Pass from Paramount. I too was a bit apprehensive after reading the BBB article at mousesavers.com. Thanks so much jbuchen for checking further and helping us to make our final decision to purchase these passes. I can honestly say I don't know what I would do without The Dis.

We purchased the 7day plus hopper tickets with breakfast vouchers. The tickets worked great (last week) and we used the vouchers at Chef Mickeys without a bit of trouble. This was the best deal I could find and we are eligible to buy tickets through SOG - Paramount beat them on price.
