Paramount Breakfast Voucher for Non Character Meal

As I understand it , the voucher you get with the PHP passes from Paramount International Travel list some restuarants which do not have a Character Breakfast nor a buffett breakfast available. i.e. Kona Cafe etc. Has anyone used this voucher for a breakfast to order an "off the menu" breakfast? If so what are you entitled to order? Do you get to choose for instance a breakfast appetizer, entree, hot beverage, side? Thanks for any info.

I believe you get one juice , one bakery item, one entree and one hot beverage.
