Hi! I'm new to the DIS Discussion Forum. I read on MouseSavers that people from the US will no longer be able to get the 10 Day World Pass. I called Paramount and Rosa told me that they haven't heard anything about it and are still selling to US customers. My family plans on being in Florida for two weeks in Dec. 2004 and the 10 Day Pass is the best option for us. We won't be able to purchase our passes untill June of this year. Any information will be great !

hi and welcome to the DIS!!!!

you need to be careful with ordering those. they expire. the ones paramount has right now i believe expire in september. have you thought about the annual pass? how many days are you actually planning for disney?

We have 14 days set aside for both Disney & Universal. We will be staying on site at Fort Wilderness in a borrowed RV for the same length of time. We don't want length of stay passes as we want to break up our time between the two parks. We don't plan on coming back for another two years after this trip. I didn't know that the 10 Day Passes expire, Thank you for the information Worm761 !

I think you might be referring to the special deal advertised on Themeparkland.com where you had to purchase the passes by the end of May and use them by October.

The 10-day World Passes sold by Paramount have no expiration date on them. I'm looking at the ones I bought last month for our August trip and the only thing they say is "Expires 21 days from first usage."

Hi

We used the 10 day pass in March of this year. We recieved the passes within 5 days of ordering from Rosa..... She included a photocopy of the back of the passes which was really nice. The ten day passes require finger scans on the adults, we found that for the first few days either my husband or mine would not go through ( the cm's always let us through though because the other one would work.... of course always bring ID with you.....) After we signed the back of our passes, we had no problems. It should have occurred to us to do that the first day, but no, we were on day five, when a CM said, you should sign those....
anyways..hope this helps

We used 10 day passes from PIT this Jan and did not have one problem. They come with free breakfest vouchers and are a very good deal. We just purchaces 30 day fun in the sun passes from PIT for our upcoming trip. The 10 day pass does not have an expiration date but the 30 day pass does (5/30/04) Hope this helps.
