Paradiso 37 Question

I am normally a fanatic about making ADRs, but am wondering if Paradiso 37 might be one I could call ahead the same day to get a reservation for. I want to remain fluid in terms of which night(s) I hit Disney Springs, and so would prefer to leave that ADR TBD. Is this practical?

We ate there without a reservation AT noon. Very uncrowded.

I wouldn't worry about the ADR.

On the other hand we will never eat there again. Food was way overpriced and our least favorite meal of the trip.

I made an ADR there in March and I don't think I really needed it. I wasn't overly impressed with it, like the above poster, but at the same time I was also very tired (we'd gotten off a Disney cruise that morning). Service was very meh but at the same time it's a very casual late night atmosphere so I didn't expect different. Have fun!

My experience there- Great for drinks (they advertise cold beer, and that it was!) but pretty meh for food. Nice seating outside on the deck by the water watching the boats come and go. If I were to do it again, it would be drinx and apps only. Never busy....

That's a good point- I second this! The drinks were very good and good apps as well- it's a nice late night snack.

I took my sister on her birthday last year. We didn't have a reservation, the hostess said it would be a 20 minute wait. It turned out to be closer to 3 minutes. Very delicious food, no crowd.

My thoughts exactly. It's a great late night drinks and apps place. And outside seating is nice in the evening. I'd skip it for dinner, but if you do decide to go - as others have said - the wait is usually minimal.

I agree with the above statements. Apps and drinks are good but main meals are so so. You most likely won't need a ressie. If you are open to other spots, Splittsville is surprising good and they usually take walk ups as well.
