Don't have the dimensions but imagine a couch that the back of it comes down and is a bed. Its been years since I stayed there but I slept in it before and it was really comfortable. I am 6'1 and had to curl my legs up but its possible for an adult for sure.

If they are the same size as the ones in DLH, that looked to be a full twin sized mattress.
