Is that the lagoon in CA by the sun wheel? If so, the cm I spoke to yesterday said that it is full of water again. Hope so, it looks much better filled!

I'm not sure about that. We were there on Thursday and they were still working on stuff with no water in sight and I know it would take more than one day to fill.

Unfortunately, the lagoon is not filled yet. They are not going to fill it up until after D23 since they want the convention goers to be able to see the construction.
