Paradise Pier Hotel Pin (different?)

The Paradise Pier Hotel Pin offered today is a re-release but it actually looks different than the one previously released.

I wonder why they did this? Why would they release a pin of the same name but a different look?

Go to emporium. Click on cash register and then specials. Should be under there.

The hotel pins are in the specials at Emporium, but only Friday-Sunday.

That is possible. I bought the new and compared it with the old, but I didn't look at them that carefully. Just enough to notice that they were slightly different. The old is called "Paradise Hotel", and the new is "Paradise Hotel pin" (if I'm remembering it correctly). It also looked a little different. I'll check again when I get into the Emporium.

It is almost like one is of the front of the building, and one is the back of the building !

Yes, I agree! I also think it is the Disneyland Hotel, especially with that pool.

But why, I must ask, does Disney keep naming their own hotel pins wrong?

After looking at the picture SorcMickey posted, the new one is the Disneyland Hotel for sure! Why VMK, why?
