Paradise Beach in Cozumel

Has anyone gone to Paradise Beach in Cozumel? I heard that it is free, including the use of snorkel gear but that you are not permitted to bring in food or drinks? Are the drinks and food very expensive at the beach? Do they also let guests utilize floats? Is it a boozy-party atmosphere? We are bringing our daughter with us and do not want the boozy party atmosphere.

HI , they do have a website and all the activities are free , not sure about the snorkel gear, also check out mrsanchos.com which seems to be very popular, let me know as we are going in october with ds 12.
