Can u guys tell me how I find out what times all the parades are in the different parks ?

Here you go. Click on the actual date you need and it will give you the timings of everything in that park

And don't forget that during the parades is the best time to go on the popular rides

Also, once you are in WDW, when you enter the parks grab a map and the separate show times sheet just in case timings have changed
