Parades or Wishes get rained out?

Was wondering if the parades (@ AK, MK or MGM) ever get rained out or cancelled for other reasons?

Also, I have heard that Illuminations is shown rain or shine. What about Wishes? Does this get cancelled due to weather?

I've been when the parades have been cancelled due to rain (No thunder or lightening present either). So it's always a possibility. I've also seen them go on in a light rain.

I've seen Spectro and Wishes go on under pretty heavy and constant rain. I think if it was really heavy they might consider cancelling. And I'm sure thunder and lightning would also make them cancel. Rain doesn't seem to be too much of a problem though, except bad weather does seem to scare Tinkerbelle

We have never been to WDW before, so we were not sure.

Since we are going in late August (22 - 29), the Spectromagic parade is only being performed on Tuesday and Saturday of that week. As our schedule stands now, Saturday would be the only evening we could see Spectromagic, so we were wondering if we were pushing our luck.

I was there once when MSEP was cancelled by a thunderstorm (Oct 99, I remember because it was the trip I took my niece). It blew in about 10 minutes before it was scheduled to start, they delayed it by 15 minutes twice and then cancelled it when it wasn't stopping. Luckily it was running another night and we were able to see it.

I was at MGM one night when Fantasmic was cancelled by high winds.
