Parades and Special Appearances- when and where?????

I have been all over the net putting pieces together for our trip. We opted out of the park hopper so we are putting together plan of actions for each day. Everywhere I see info about the parades all dates are tbd. Same with character appearances. Where can I find out what park had what parade at what time on what night?? How hard is that? Same info for characters would be greatly appreciated. And while I have your attention- I'm traveling with 3 generations and have been upgraded to a magical gathering. Great....what does this get me and how do I take advantage?
