Parade and FP

I have 7DMT fast pass for 2-3 but we would also like to watch the parade at 2. Should we do our FP right at 2pm? And then catch the end of the parade where it goes at the end?
Or should we watch as much of the parade as possible and then catch the end of our FP at 245pm?

A. If the parade starts at 2PM, no.
B. Watch the parade in front of Hall of Presidents, (it will be past that spot by by 2:35pm) then head around toward Haunted Mansion, past Small World through Fantasyland, and then to 7DMT.
