parade and fireworks

Help!! Why are the posted hours here for the parades and fireworks different than those on disney. I thought I had everything figured out-I know it can change daily with the crowds, but there are a lot of changes

I don't know why the hours would be different, but I would go with the Disney site, as that would be the official site.
