Parade advice

We are off to WDW in 6 days--CAN'T WAIT! It will be my 3 year olds first time!

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions of where to be for the parades. Last spring we were by the arcade in MK and the kids were taken out into the parade by various characters 3 different times--it was the highlight of their trip! Any pointers as to where to be for the Jammin Jungle parade or the Stars and Motor Cars parade? The parades are my favorite parts of the whole Disney experience!

At each park, we stand where the parade starts. That way you don't have to wait so long at the beginning, and after it passes, you are free to go do other things while other people are still standing there!
