Paperwork via mail?

I booked via a TA, and she's been really spotty with responses to my questions. Today she sent me a quick text saying that she's in the hospital with her son, so I don't want to bug her or expect anything out of her. But one part of her text was, "I will be getting your info in the mail shortly and will forward that to you." What is this "info," is it important, and what happens if I never receive it?

Our cruise is less than a month out, so maybe I should call DCL directly about whatever this paperwork is?

It is your luggage tags and some information about your port times and what you are allowed to bring on board, etc. If you read the message boards and Disney's website, you probably know it all already. Still, it is a fun, tangible sign that your cruise is almost here. Some people who book late never receive it and they are fine. Not to worry. If you don't get luggage tags for instance, they will give them to you at the port when you arrive.

We got a little spiral bound booklet which contained details about our cruise and excursions. It also contained *** the pp said our luggage tags and information about do's and don'ts. We thought that it would be a nice little keepsake.
